Information We Collect

  • Name, phone number, email address if provided, gender if provided, city, state and account type.
  • Pickup location, destination location, service location, shop location, business location, vehicle location and return or handover location where required.
  • Booking category, selected service, vehicle details, date, time, booking status, OTP confirmation status, payment status and transaction references.
  • Device information and Firebase Cloud Messaging notification token.
  • Uploaded photos, business details, vehicle details and documents from partners.

Location Data

4Gear uses location data to show pickup, destination, service, shop, return and partner locations. Location data helps calculate distance, route, estimated availability and service matching. Some features may not work correctly without location access.

Partner Documents

Business owners and service providers may upload documents, photos, service information and business details for approval, safety review and fraud prevention.

Payment Data

Payments may be processed through trusted third-party payment partners such as Razorpay. We do not store full card, UPI or banking credentials on our servers.

  • Google Play services where required for app distribution or app platform features.

Data Sharing

We may share necessary booking details between customers and partners to complete a booking. We may also share data with payment, cloud, maps and verification service providers as required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no digital system is completely secure.

Data Retention

We keep data as long as needed for account management, bookings, legal compliance, dispute handling and business operations.
