Service delivery happens through independent vehicle owners, rental providers and service partners based on booking category, customer location, provider availability and partner acceptance.
For rides and vehicle services, delivery means partner arrival at the selected pickup or service location and completion of the ride or requested vehicle service.
For local services such as DJ sound, photography, beautician or beauty parlour bookings, delivery means the provider completing the selected service at the customer location, shop location or business location as applicable.
For rental vehicles, delivery or handover depends on the selected package, duration, availability and agreed pickup or handover location.
Service availability may vary by city, location, category, provider acceptance, time, operational conditions and platform policy.
