4Gear is a platform that connects customers with vehicle owners, rental providers and local service providers.
Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4Gear may approve, reject, suspend or remove any listing or account if details are incomplete, false, suspicious or against platform policy.
Booking availability depends on partner acceptance, location, service category, vehicle availability, service availability and operational conditions. Service availability may vary by city and location.
Some bookings may require OTP confirmation before starting. Customers should share OTP only when the partner has arrived and the booking is ready to begin.
Prices may depend on distance, category, selected service, package, time or provider pricing. Payments may be collected online or through available payment modes. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment partners.
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
