Account Registration

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup, destination or service location.
  • Be available at the selected location and time.
  • Use OTP confirmation only when the ride or service actually starts.
  • Make payment for confirmed bookings.
  • Treat partners respectfully and use services lawfully.
  • Avoid misuse, fraud or abusive behaviour.

Partner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business, vehicle or service details.
  • Upload genuine documents and photos.
  • Keep pricing and availability updated.
  • Reach customer location on time.
  • Complete bookings professionally.
  • Accept or reject bookings responsibly.
  • Follow applicable laws, safety rules, licences and permits where required.

Admin Approval

4Gear may approve, reject, suspend or remove any listing or account if details are incomplete, false, suspicious or against platform policy.

Bookings

Booking availability depends on partner acceptance, location, service category, vehicle availability, service availability and operational conditions. Service availability may vary by city and location.

OTP Confirmation

Some bookings may require OTP confirmation before starting. Customers should share OTP only when the partner has arrived and the booking is ready to begin.

Payments

Prices may depend on distance, category, selected service, package, time or provider pricing. Payments may be collected online or through available payment modes. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment partners.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Prohibited Activities
